The proposal breaks the conventional corridor into a sequence of open-air landings, garden walks, and shared terraces. Split-level homes interlock around these spaces, giving each unit multiple orientations and a stronger relationship to the outdoors.
A robust concrete frame and simple infill create a durable background for daily life while planted circulation builds a small community between the street and each front door.
