Inner Garden rethinks the typical double-loaded apartment building as a collection of homes gathered around a shared, planted breezeway. The single stair becomes more than circulation: it is the social center of the building.
A rational 12-foot-6-inch mass-timber grid supports flexible units, efficient construction, and a generous courtyard within a compact urban footprint. Every home connects to daylight, cross-ventilation, and the life of the garden.
